Tom Napier, CPA/ABV, CVA,
Founder and President
Tom Started with a Big 8 (in that age) CPA/Business Consulting
Firm in 1977 and gaining six years of valuable experience,
Mr. Napier formed Napier and Company in 1986, and QuickTrain
in 1994. His subsequent years of solid experience includes
providing management advisory services for closely held businesses.
Tom currently specializes in valuing closely held businesses
and assisting business owners with succession planning.
Sherrie Porter,
Partner/ Managing
Consultant, Advanced Certified
Pro Advisor
Sherrie has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Oregon State
University and 6 years experience as a corporate accountant.
In 1994, Sherrie began her own QuickBooks consulting business
working with hundreds of clients in Oregon, Washington and
Hawaii. A QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor since
Intuit began the program, Sherrie has over 7000 hours of experience
working one on one with clients from a wide range of industries.
Ms Porter joined the QuickTrain team in October of 2001, she
teaches all of our QuickBooks classes and is the managing
consultant for the company.
Jule Vaughn, CPA
Consultant, Certified Pro Advisor
Jule is a CPA with extensive experience working with accounting
software. She is proficient with many versions of QuickBooks
and is an Intuit Certified Pro Advisor. Jule is an excellent
problem solver with a very upbeat attitude, she is ready to
meet all of your QuickBooks consulting needs.
