Horizons Learning Center located across Highway 217
from Washington Square. Their comfortable classrooms provide
each student with a PC workstation to use while learning and our classes
a limited to no more than 12 students at one time.

Beginning QuickBooks®
Our most popular class is a full cycle, comprehensive
approach to utilizing QuickBooks® in everyday business transactions.
Learn how to: Start a new company from scratch manage
the chart of accounts, edit & add to lists, write checks, create invoices
and cash sales, receive payments, make deposits, enter and pay bills,
reconcile bank accounts, generate important financial statements and reports
and backing up your data.
This class is for new QuickBooks® user and anyone who has used QuickBooks®
but wants to fill in the gaps.

Intermediate QuickBooks®
For QuickBooks® users who want to advance.
Topics include: Restoring from a backup, job costing, estimates, progress
billing, asset and liability (loan) tracking, memorized transactions and
reports, customizing forms, dealing with bounced checks, using time sheets
and generating 1099 forms. We allow lots of time for your questions &
specific issues in this class.
This is a great class for QuickBooks® users ready to go to the next

QuickBooks® Payroll
We cover the entire topic of payroll and payroll
taxes.
How to Set up payroll from scratch. Add employees and pay rates, create
paychecks, pay payroll taxes, special deductions, garnishments, employee
healthcare, reimbursed expenses and employee advances are included.
This class is best for QuickBooks® users who are or would like to
run payroll within the QuickBooks® software.
